Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Alkassabi, chairman of the Board of the Premium Residency Center, has recently unveiled five new Premium Residency offerings, in line with the visionary goals set by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. These new products are designed to support the nation’s objective of enhancing Saudi Arabia’s global standing as a prominent destination for skilled professionals and investments.

By promoting employment opportunities and facilitating the exchange of knowledge, this initiative aims to further advance the country’s economic transformation.

Dr. Alkassabi outlined the introduction of five new Premium Residency options, namely Special Talent, Gifted, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Real Estate Owner Residency. He emphasized that this unveiling marks a significant step towards Saudi Arabia’s transition to a knowledge-based and diversified economy, particularly in emerging sectors.

Furthermore, he affirmed that these new Premium Residency offerings will provide holders with exceptional opportunities for settling in Saudi Arabia. The Chairman of the Board of the Premium Residency Center underscored that individuals who can contribute to the national economy and actively engage in Saudi Arabia’s rapid development journey, as outlined in Saudi Vision 2030, are welcome to explore all the available Premium Residency options.

5 new products

The announcement today introduced five new products specifically designed to cater to working professionals, talented individuals, and investors who fall into distinct categories.

The ‘Special Talent’ Residency is tailored for executives and professionals specializing in healthcare, science, and research. Its primary objective is to attract individuals with exceptional skills and expertise who can contribute to the transfer of knowledge and technology.

The ‘Gifted’ Residency aims to integrate skilled professionals and talented individuals into Saudi Arabia’s dynamic and expanding cultural and sports sectors, fostering a vibrant environment for growth and development.

Meanwhile, the ‘Investor’ Residency is specifically crafted for investors seeking to take advantage of Saudi Arabia’s thriving business landscape and generate significant returns across various sectors of the economy.

In addition, the ‘Entrepreneur’ Residency is specifically aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs and owners of innovative projects who are eager to establish and develop their startups in Saudi Arabia, actively contributing to the nation’s ambitious journey of economic transformation.

Similarly, the ‘Real Estate Owner’ Residency is tailored for individuals who own real estate and seek to enjoy the exceptional quality of life in the Kingdom. These five new products have been developed through collaborative efforts with strategic partners from various government entities, in close cooperation with the Premium Residency Center.
